Delete Your Account
Last updated
You can delete your CourtOne account at any time, from inside the app or by email.
Delete from the app
- Open CourtOne and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on that device.
Delete by email
If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the address you use for CourtOne and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm once it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in records and profile (display name and photo).
- Your saved DUPR connection, tokens and ratings.
- Live Activity registrations for your devices.
What may be kept
- Tournaments you organised, with their player names, scores and results, so participants keep their history. Email us if you want these removed as well.
- Scores and results in tournaments run by other organisers may still show your display name to that tournament’s participants.
- Subscription and purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat. Cancel an active subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings, because deleting your CourtOne account does not cancel it.
- Information we must keep by law.
See the Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your data.
